If you create a very teamorientated character and are in reality a solo hunter you would be better of with a character respecting that. But in any case you wont be able to create a character with a feasible skillset that cant level.
Actual leveling speed will be greatly influenced by a players knowledge and skill in the game. You will need to know your characters niche to make max XP but you wont get stuck if you dont.
